My Story
At the young age of 3 years old, Renae began her active life style in soccer in Denver, Colorado. Between seasons she would keep her self busy with swimming, dance, volleyball, diving, and karate. Growing up with two older brothers kept Renae busy and always pushing herself to be at her best performance.
At the age of 14 years old Renae joined her high school's track and field team and was quickly put on the varsity team for sprinting. At this time she had also begun taking parkour lessons at APEX Movement. In 2012, Renae completed her Parkour EDU certification and became the youngest coach at APEX Movement at the age of 16 years old.
In 2014 Renae pursued her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. She competed on the university's competitive rock climbing team for bouldering and speed climbing, and she also participated in the school's club rugby team. Throughout her time at university, Renae has continued to develop as a professional athlete and coach by expanding her knowledge and ability in movement skills and techniques.
At present, Renae has successfully completed her Bachelor's degree and is pursuing jobs in the exercise industry as well as continuing to be a professional parkour performer and competitor.
